2015
FLORetina-ICOOR Meeting
The first FLORetina meeting was organized in Florence in 2015. It gathered together a cross-Country Community of clinicians and Industry representatives, discussing and debating the most relevant topics in the retina field.
In 2021 the annual Congress organized by Prof. Bruno Lumbroso – International Congress on OCT Angiography, En Face OCT and Advances in OCT – was merged with FLORetina meeting, thus forming the new FLORetina-ICOOR Congress.
2018
Floretina.com
The interest and success of the meeting first edition turned it into a not-to-miss annual event and, later in 2018, led to the creation and promotion of a digital channel, www.floretina.com, which gives voice to all stakeholders
of the field all the year round.
The initial focus on surgical retina opened to medical retina, imaging and all retinal disease related complications and pathologies.
2024
Retina Futura
In the occasion of 2024 FLORetina-ICOOR Meeting the Organisers proudly announce the formation of the first Retina Futura, an informative session focused on emerging treatments and innovation, including a special interest section for ongoing clinical trials. The session is integrated into the Congress programme.
Our ambition is that Retina Futura will be a fundamental resource for clinicians, researchers, biotechnology companies, and investors, for all that is promising in the retina field on the European content.
